Simply browse our shop, add your desired peptides to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major payment methods and all orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed securely.
No minimum order required. You can order a single product or stock up on multiple compounds — your choice.
Contact us immediately at contact@peptideclinique.ca if you need to modify or cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Orders are fulfilled domestically, so there are no customs delays or international shipping risks.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
Yes. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your package through Canada Post or the courier service used.
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
Lyophilized peptides typically remain stable for 12–24 months when stored correctly. Once reconstituted, use within 28 days and keep refrigerated.

Reconstitution & Usage

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder into a liquid solution for research use. You will need bacteriostatic water and a sterile syringe. See our full step-by-step guide on the Dosage Guide page.
Yes. Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the recommended solvent for reconstituting research peptides. It preserves the solution and prevents bacterial contamination across multiple uses. We carry pharmaceutical-grade Bacteriostatic Water in our shop.

Returns & Support

Due to the nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns once a product has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@peptideclinique.ca and we will resolve it promptly.
First check your tracking number. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, contact us at contact@peptideclinique.ca and we will investigate immediately.
